COLOCVIU LA PARIS DE LA CASA DE VINURI COTNARI ESTE CEL MAI BUN VIN AL ROMANIEI PENTRU 2015

Targul de vinuri GOODWINE 2014 va gazdui ceremonia oficiala de inmanare a titlului de CEL MAI BUN VIN ROMANESC pentru Casa de Vinuri COTNARI, titlu decernat in urma unei degustari oficiale organizate cu sprijinul misiunilor diplomatice din tara noastra.

 

În data de 22 noiembrie 2014, în organizarea  Institutului de Relaţii Internaţionale şi Cooperare Economică, a avut loc ceremonia anuală de selecţie a celui mai bun vin al României, VINUL DIPLOMAŢILOR, care, de a lungul anului 2015, va reprezenta tot ce are ţara noastră mai bun în domeniul de mare tradiție al vinurilor.

Degustand noul VIN AL DIPLOMATILOR PENTRU 2015-CASA DE VINURI COTNARI

Se poate aprecia că ceremonia a devenit deja un punct central al vieții diplomatice, un moment pentru care ambasadorii se pregătesc, îl așteaptă şi savurează cu interes, deoarece comisia de degustare se bucură de tot ce are mai bun industria vinurilor din România.

La fel ca în fiecare an, comisia a cuprins câte doi diplomaţi din fiecare continent ce importă, în mod tradiţional, vinul românesc.

În acest an, în unanimitate, comisia, sub conducerea Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, Preşedintele Director General al Institutului de Relaţii Internaţionale şi Cooperare Economică, a decis că CEL MAI BUN VIN ROMÂNESC, pentru anul 2015, este creaţia CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI.

Casa de Vinuri Cotnari exploatează o plantaţie înfiinţată în anul 2007, ce se întinde pe o suprafaţă de 350 de hectare.

Feteasca Neagra-Gama Domenii ocupa locul III

 

Ca pondere în plantaţie, Feteasca Neagră ocupă locul I, strugurii fiind recoltaţi de pe 100 de hectare. Locul II este adjudecat, la egalitate, de Busuioaca de Bohotin şi Tămâioasa Românească, celebre în întreaga lume pentru aromele explozive şi gustul unic, întinse pe câte 75 de hectare. Feteasca Albă, soi emblematic al României şi unica Grasă de Cotnari completează plantaţia cu câte 50 de hectare.

Din aceste pământuri extraordinare, unde se cultivă viţa de vie din perioada culturii Cucuteni, (cc.3000 î Hr.) se nasc vinurile de excepție ale CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI, vinuri ce au cucerit comisia diplomaţilor.

Locul II-Grasa de Cotnari-Colocviu la Moscova-creatie a CASE DE VINURI COTNARI

Dintre probele supuse degustării din gamele Cotnari-Domenii şi Colocviu, ale CASEI DE VINURI COTNARI, vinuri ce au cucerit inima şi au deschis imaginaţia degustătorilor, putem enumera: Colocviu la Paris – Busuioacă de Bohotin sec,   Gama Cotnari-Domenii – Busuioacă de Bohotin demisec, Colocviu la Moscova – Grasă de Cotnari sec, Gama Cotnari-Domenii – Fetească Neagră sec, Colocviu la Roma – Tămâioasă Românească sec, Colocviu la Atena – Fetească Albă sec, Gama Cotnari-Domenii – Tămâioasă Româneascădemisec, Gama Cotnari-Domenii – Fetească Albă sec.

După o lungă degustare, clasamentul soiurilor  a surprins pe locul III Feteasca Albă şi Feteasca Neagră,  pe locul II cei prezenți au apreciat aroma şi gustul unicei Grase de Cotnari, iar,  în final, locul I a fost ocupat de soiurile aromate Tămâioasă Românească şiBusuioacă de Bohotin.

În final, lista vinurilor premiate a cuprins pe locul III, singurul vin roşu din Podgoria Cotnari, Feteasca Neagră sec din Gama Cotnari-DOMENII,  pe locul II cei prezenți au apreciat rara complexitate aromatică a unicei Grase de Cotnari vinificate în sec, iar în final,locul I – VINUL DIPLOMAŢILOR, cu nuanțe delicate de roz, arome îmbietoare, gust plăcut și rotund ce defineste tipicitatea soiului, a fost adjudecat de COLOCVIU LA PARIS – Busuioacă de Bohotin sec.

BUSUIOACA DE BOHOTIN este VINUL DIPLOMATILOR PENTRU 2015-cel mai bun vin al Romaniei.

Senatorul Ionel Agrigoroaei, membru al Comisiei de Economie, Servicii şi Industrie a Senatului României, prezent la eveniment, a declarat că în calitate de senator ieşean este extrem de mândru că dintre vinurile Moldovei, cel de la CASA DE VINURI COTNARI va fi cunoscut în întreaga lume.

CASA  DE VINURI COTNARI trebuie apreciată pentru eforturile sale susţinute de promovare a soiurilor autohtone, apreciază Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, care a mai explicat diplomaţilor prezenți că producatorul nu oferă consumatorilor doar vinuri de o calitate excepţională, create cu tehnologie modernă, ci foloseste şi metode de vinificaţie de tipul celor ce au cucerit iubitorii vinului din Lumea Nouă.

Mai trebuie menționat că echipa Casei de Vinuri Cotnari, condusă de tânărul director Victor Deleanu, reuşeşte să păstreze şi să continue îndelungata tradiție a vinului românesc de calitate din podgoria Cotnari.

Bucate romanesti au insotit intalnirea cu cele mai bune vinuri ale Romaniei, competitie castigata de CASA DE VINURI COTNARI.

THE ROMANIAN WINE IS CROWNED AS THE MOST REPRESENTATIVE EUROPEAN WINE FOR 2015

On 6 December 2014 on the venue of the International Wine Fair-GOODWINE-2014 the officials from European Council on Tourism and Trade will recognize as his official diplomatic partner and the BEST EUROPEAN WINE in 2015 the COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES (CASA DE VINURI COTNARI) and will promote the wines from Cotnari across the world and the perfect embodiment of European wine making tradition.

The selection of COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES was made on 22 November 2014, under the high patronage of European Council on Tourism and Trade and the organization of The Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, the annual selection ceremony for electing the BEST EUROPEAN WINE-DIPLOMATIC WINE for 2015 has taken place.

The DIPLOMATIC WINE will represent during 2015 the European wine tradition and high quality.

We can already note that: the ceremony had become a focal point in diplomatic life, a moment awaited with pleasure and interest by diplomatic community, as the tasting committee is enjoying the best products of European wine industry.

Respecting the yearly tradition, the committee has encompassed two diplomats from every continent that us usually importing wine products (Europe, Asia, Africa, America).

 

Every body on the venue had enjoyed with pleasure the new EUROPEAN DIPLOMATIC WINE FOR 2015,creation of COTNARI-HOUSE OF WINES

This year the committee, under the direction of Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President of European Council on Tourism and Trade had choose as European Best Wine creator for 2015- The COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES.

The COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES was established in 2007 and is having in yield a total of 350 hectares out of which 100 hectares are cultivated with the famous Romanian grape variety: Feteasca Neagra(Black Girl), the Busuioaca de Bohotin(Bohotin Basilicum) , world celebrated for his unique flavor is cultivated on 75 hectares, the Tamaioasa Romaneasca (Romanian Incense Flavor) favored by the connoisseurs for his strong taste, unique palates, can be found on other 75 hectares, Feteasca Alba(White Girl) is produced on 50 hectares and the Grasa de Cotnari ( Fat Lady of Cotnari) assortment , which is on good reason named as the Romania treasure and is comprised in natural patrimony, is cultivated on 50 hectares.

From this extraordinary lands, where grapes are cultivated from the renowned Cucuteni culture time, more than 5000 years ago, has arise today the exceptional wines of COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES , wines that conquered the hearts of diplomats.

 

On the third place(no.3) was selected the FETEASCA NEAGRA (Black Girly) from Domenii Collection of COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES 

Amongst the wine tasted, from COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES, where presented the Domain collection and Colloquium-collection .

From this collections, the assortments of wines that had conquered the heart and mind of the tasters where as follows : Colocviu la Paris –Busuioacă de Bohotin dry, from Collection Cotnari-Domenii –Busuioacă de Bohotin demi-dry, Colocviu la Moscova –Grasă de Cotnari dry, from Collection Cotnari-Domenii – Fetească Neagră dry, Colocviu la Roma –Tămâioasă Românească dry, Colocviu la Atena –Fetească Albă dry, from Collection Cotnari-Domenii – Tămâioasă Românească demi-dry, from CollectionCotnari-Domenii – Fetească Albă dry.

After the tasting session, the final selection, based on the evaluation of wine types, had comprised on the III-rd place: Feteasca Alba (White Girly) and Feteasca Neagra (Black Girly).

On the second place, the commission had appreciated the aroma and taste of the unique Grasa de Cotnari and finally the first place was given to the aromatic wines from Tămâioasă Românească and Busuioacă de Bohotin assortments.

The final phase of the competition had decided the winners as being on the III-rd place, the only red wine from COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES production was selected the dry Feteasca Neagra (Black Girl) from Dominium Cotnari.

 

The second place goes to the Grasa de Cotnari, special creation of COTNARI-HOUSE OF WINES, Colloquium Collection

On the second place, the jury had appreciated the extreme aroma and complexity of the unique Grasa de Cotnari, dry made and finally the first place-DIPLOMATIC WINE has gone to the rosy, profusely aroma and the round and perfect taste of the Busuioaca de Bohotin-Colloquium in Paris.

Senator Ionel Agrigoroaei, prominent member of the European Council on Tourism and Trade, present on the rostrum of the ceremony, had stated that for him, as a Senator from Iasi county, he is extremely touched and proud that Moldavian wines, the Cotnari wines, where highly appreciated and noted by diplomats and is appreciative that, from today, the COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES products will be tasted in the entire world.

 

And the winner is… the special formula accompanied the announcement, the EUROPEAN IPLOMATIC WINE FOR 2015 is Busuioaca de Bohotin-Colloquium in Paris

 

COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES must be promoted and supported for there outstanding efforts in promoting traditional Romanian wines and wine types, noted Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.

He explained to the diplomats, presented on the venue, that COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES is offering to consumers not only exceptional quality wines, created with modern technology, but is using also in the production cycle the famous new world wine making techniques.

We have to mention that: the COTNARI HOUSE OF WINES is also benefiting from the tremendous experience, garnered by the Cotnari teams, teams that gather for hundreds of years the valuable wine making experience.
